Gary F. Miret is Of Counsel to the firm, with extensive background in the areas of Criminal Defense Matrimonial and Family Law and Business Law.

Mr. Miret began his legal career clerking for the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and then for the Law Firm of Speiser & Krause PC.

Upon admission, Mr. Miret gained extensive trial experience from 1986 through 1996 at the Office of the District Attorney, Queens County, New York. His credentials include the Supreme Court Trial Bureau where he conducted numerous Jury Trials and Pre-Trial Hearings. Additionally, during this period, Mr. Miret's experience also included the Homicide Investigations Bureau, Rackets and Economic Crimes Bureau, Narcotics Bureau, Appeals Bureau, Criminal Court and Special Victims Bureau.

In addition to being Of Counsel with our firm, Gary currently manages his own practice in Queens County where he continues to serve his clients in the areas of Criminal Defense, Landlord-Tenant, Matrimonial and Family Law and other areas of General Practice. He is active in numerous Associations in Queens County including: Vice President, Latino Lawyers Association of Queens County, Vice Chair, Minorities in Law Committee and Criminal Court Committee (Queens County Bar Association) and is a member of the Academy of Law, Queens County Bar Association.

In addition to numerous legal associations, Gary also remains committed to giving back to his community and is a member of The Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School Development Council, Board of Governors, Accreditation Planning Committee and Athletic Hall of Fame Committee.
